On The Rise: Call For Emerging Artists

By popular request Blue Line Arts is excited to announce their new exhibit On the Rise!

This regional emerging artist exhibition will feature high quality artwork by talented young artists in our area.  To qualify artists must be between the ages of 14 and 24 when submitting their application.  Varying levels of scholarships are avaliable to cover the application fee for artists attending High School, Community College, or a 4 year University who reside in one of the qualified regions. 

Special Consideration:

For artists who are submitting artworks who are under the age of 18, you will need to have a parent or guardian submit your application and complete our consignment agreement on your behalf. 

 Entries to this call will be free to high school students located in Placer county and the connecting  Sacramento, El Dorado, Yolo, Yuba, Sutter, and Nevada Counties.

Show dates: November 23rd to December 28th, 2024
