Call for Authors: A Conversation with Fran Lebowitz

The Center for the Arts is looking for an author, journalist, or other artist who is familiar with Fran Lebowitz and her work to have a 30 minute conversation on stage before the public on September 20th, 2024. 

Applicant Requirements

  • A familiarity with Fran Lebowitz and her work

  • Has seen the Netflix Series

  • Is up on current affairs

  • Understands what being a host is, and how to make Fran shine

  • Video clip of an interview (or similar event) to give a sense of personality. 

  • Ten topics or questions you would ask Fran.

Applicants will be vetted by Fran's agency.
