Earthbound: Art for a Sustainable Future - RFP
The City of Santa Rosa Public Art Program invites artists to submit proposals for temporary art installations with the theme Earthbound: Art for a Sustainable Future in partnership with City of Santa Rosa Earth Day Celebration. This initiative aims to inspire conversations about sustainability while showcasing innovative, eco-conscious art that engages the public and promotes environmental awareness.
Eligibility: Open to individual artists or artist teams, 18 years and older, who reside in California. Previously completed artworks or artwork proposals are accepted.
Location: Courthouse Square, Santa Rosa, California
Exhibition Timeline: Artwork will be displayed for the month of April, 2025.
Project Budget: Artist is to submit full cost of artwork in application. (this will cover travel, artist stipend, installation, and deinstallation costs). Artist stipends will range from $500 to $10,000, based on the detailed project budget provided.
